- We at the International Certified Management Consultants Organisation are committed to serve management consultants, management consulting firms, management consultants associations, management consulting institutes, international organisations of which we are members and all individual and cooperate members as well as other stakeholders with all our strength and knowledge to the best of our ability. We are committed to ensuring that all stake holders or customers get value, quality and satisfaction for every dollar spent on our services.
- We shall serve the public as nearly as we can to their full satisfaction
- We are a nonprofit organisation operating under a self-regulatory regime. while not making profit a priority, we shall expect a fair renumeration for the services we render to our various stakeholders.
4. We shall run an inclusive organisation base on carefully identified needs of stake holders of the international CMC organisation and mutual respect for the independence of our corporate members.
5. We shall implement a structured reciprocity and reciprocal recognition of certifications of corporate members base on the Competency Model underpinned by the well-defined and universally accepted Uniform Body of Knowledge (UBK) for management consultants.
6. To continue to train ourselves and our associates, constantly improving the human factor in our operation so that the services we provide will get increasingly intelligently performed.
7. To reward men and women in our organisation through participation.
